handwriting recognition!

Is handwriting recognition available in Office 2003 pro? I am using a Wacom
Cintiq and would like to handwrite in word and outlook! How do I enable this
feature, if available?

Hi Joe,

Yes, it's an optional installation feature
(Alternative input) from the Microsoft Office 2003
choice in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control panel.

Once installed you can use the Tools=>Speech choice
to activate the language bar along with the Text Services
in the Windows Control Panel.

I followed these steps, and I can see the 'write anywhere' button, but
clicking it does nothing. Any ideas as to what's the problem? I have a
Wacom graphire tablet, and its 'Just Write' software doesn't work either.
I'm using Office 2003 and Windows XP.
