Handwriting to Text - Insert Timing Issue

When my handwriting is written to the input field I am able to see OneNote
convert the writing to text. However, it appears that there is something
timing out because if i wait a little too long to I hit the Insert button the
converted text is not always inserted into the page. The result is that I
have to rewrite the information quicker if the amount of information is
longer or break it up into shorter lines. Is there anyway to extend the time
frame to insert converted text into a page?

I think you are talking about the Tablet Text Input Panel (TIP). OneNote
does not own this, it comes from the OS. In the Option of the TIP, you can
control whether or not the text is automatically inserted, and if so, how
long of a delay it will wait for.
