Handwriting with a digitizer on tablet pc

Do Infopath forms support handwriting with a digitizer on a tablet pc?

For instance, I want a to create a service order form for my field labor
force. There would be drop down boxes and areas to type or handwrite text.

Yes, it works great. Check out the "ink" toolbar in InfoPath...
