Hanging of ms word

[ms-word hangs while scrolling mouse]

Sir microsoft word hangs while scrolling mouse fast,i tried office xp,office
2000, changing of Graphic card, format the hard disk but problem is remain
unsolved.
i update office from microsoft site.

comuter only hangs in case of ms-word .

Please solved it as early as possible
