Hangs on online Office Update

When I go to the office home page and click on 'Check for Updates' it takes
me to the updates page. Then I click on 'Check for Updates' again (nice
redundancy BTW) and it takes me to the 'Microsoft Office Update' page which
immediately hangs never to come back. Is the ActiveX control still valid
(BTW, why are they using ActiveX)? Please help!!!

We just updated our ActiveX control so if you have these blocked always you
might see this. Please make sure you are able to accept ActiveX controls so
you get the new one. Also to avoid the redundancy issue browse directly to
www.officeupdate.com and click Check For Updates.
