Hangs on startup

Hello,
I've been using MSFT Outlook 2003 on my new machine for weeks now. Today I
was playing around with it, and clicked on NEW >> OUTLOOK DATA FILE.
(Something like that) I clicked on the Business mngr, and it created a new
folder called "Business manager contacts" or something like that. Then it
started hanging, then closed.
Now each time I try to open Outlook, it opens, thinks for about 4 seconds,
then hangs and closes. Not allowing me to do e-mail or anything of the sort.
I must disable business contacts manager, but how? I can't even get into
outlook.

Searched the business mngr program folder... found enablebcm.exe -- if only
there was a disablebcm.exe.

Issue solved.

I noticed in the Business cntct mngr folder, there are lots of libraries,
that are obviously required for the contact mangr to run. I figured, if MSFT
programmed all this right, they wouldn't require OUTLOOK to close if one
add-in failed. (They'd just disable the add-in)

So I logged in as the ADMIN, moved the contact folder to desktop, logged
back in to my limited account (used for e-mail and internet), loaded up
OUTLOOK, naturally got about 10 error messages saying such and such DLL load
failed. As I had hoped, OUTLOOK didn't close, it just disabled that DLL. I
then went and turned off Business Contact Manager in the OUTLOOK settings.
Logged out of limited account, logged back in as ADMIN, returned the
Business Contact Manager folder to it's rightful position. Logged out.

Logged into limited account, opened OUTLOOK, all is back to normal.
I still don't know WHY all this happened, but that's ok; I don't need
Contact manager.
I wonder if all this was because I was trying to do this in a limited
account? I've run into a number of similar problems with different programs,
because I'd try and run them under a limited account. You'd think since it's
a MSFT product and everything, there would be a specific error message
notifying the user it couldn't run under a limited account... so I don't
know. Again, it doesn't matter; I don't have a need for contact mngr.
