Hard Calc (F9) Cell Value

I have a Workbook with 12 worksheets, each representing a month of the year.

Some of the numbers entered into cell formulas come from named cells. These
named cells are my default values. Problem is, I may need to change some
of these default values over the course of a year. I would like to retain
accurate information from prior months without having the new default values
calculate into the prior worksheets.

I know I can edit the contents of each cell and do a F9 to get a 'hard'
number, but is there a way to F9 an entire worksheet or perhaps a way to
lock a worksheet so it will not recalc with the remainder of the workbook.

thanks

You can select either the range of your data or simply the whole sheet,
do Edit - Copy. Then select either A1 (if you selected the whole sheet) or
the upper left cell of your range and do Edit - PasteSpecial and click on
Values. This process will convert all formulas to their current values.
