Hard Disk Not Bootable! How Do I Get My Contacts, Calendar, & Email Files Back With No *.pst File?

My computer motherboard fried and is in the shop. The harddisk is fine, but
no longer bootable - all data appears there.

How do I get back my calendar, contact & Email data?

The *.pst file is a month old - I need all of it now and badly...
