Hard Drive Replacement-Office 2007 Enterprise

I need to upgrade my hard drive on my current machine and I have Office 2007
Enterprize. Do I need to uninstall / unregister Office 2007 before Microsoft
will let me install it on my new hard drive. The hard drive is the only thing
that will change. Is the serial number tied to the motherboard/processor
serial number(s)? I appreciate any help I receive.
