Has anyone converted an MS Access VBA project to .Net?

I am looking for any information regarding the conversion
of an MS Access VBA project with backend of Oracle to
either Visual Basic or VB.Net. Has anyone done any
conversion like this and if so, do they have any
recommendations, issues to share?
