has anyone created "ticket" based job tracking in infopath?

i'm attempting to utilize infopath to create a job input and tracking system
for a marketing department. thanks! cw

It appears you aren't getting a reply, so I will try my luck.

I believe that what InfoPath will allow you to do is to place a form out
there (browser based if your users don't have infopath) to put in requests.
The 'tracking' will need to be done with something else. If you have an SQL
server, you could develop an Access front end. But, from my little exposure,
I don't believe this is your best answer.
