Has anyone else had problems using Spam Shredder with Outlook '03

I am constantly receiving error messages when e-mail is being downloaded into
Outlook '03 through Spam Shredder by Webroot. I almost always have to either
close Spam Shredder, reset it, change my Outlook settings back and re-detect
the account in Spam Shredder, etc. Any suggestions?

What are the error messages and does Spam Sjredder say it is compatible with
Outlook 2003?

account will be deleted without reading.

Yes, Spam Shredder says it is compatible. It works probably 20% of the time
and then Outlook starts acting up, downloading e-mails slowly, then after
downloading about 5 or 10 e-mails the error message I get is (0x800CCC0F)
saying "the connection was interrupted" and that "if the problem persists
please contact your ISP" which I have and they said they only have support
for Outlook Express and that I need to contact MS and I have and I am not
sure that really solved the issue, which was to uninstall and reinstall Spam
Shredder. I have done that at least twice before in the past. When I download
e-mails again, I begin getting duplicate e-mails of what was previously
downloaded and the whole thing starts all over again.
