In trying to convert Outlook Express to Outlook, I am experiencing tremendous
difficulty in moving my email addresses from Express to Outlook's "contact".
Even a windows expert couldn't do it. Why is the program so complicated? Any
ideas onm how to do it (I have followed the instructions on the program).

Here's how I do get my emails and contacts out of Outlook Express and
into ?Outlook. I open up Outlook, then I go to File, then to Import.
This starts
up a wizard. I select, import from an external program, then Outlook
Express. Then it ask me how I connect to the internet. Then, it
begins importing all
of my outlook express messages and contacts. When finished, I find
all of
my express stuff in outlook.
