I rather doubt that anyone has written your specific application for
you. You could hire it done, or post a few more details, study up on
relational database design, and build it from scratch.
Given that I have no idea what a "certificate" is in your business,
nor how one determines that one is expiring, all I can suggest is that
you look at a Query using the DateAdd() function to calculate the
expiration date.
