Enter/View Products from the Inventory Control window. At the bottom of the
Products window is a button called Purchase Orders. This is how you enter a
purchase of a product. Once you have entered information in the purchase
order, the amount you ordered will show up on the products page. When you
receive the product, you enter in a new date, and how many you received.
When you sell a product, you enter in the date, and how many were sold. As
you do these transactions, they will get entered into the Inventory
Transaction Table, which is linked to the Products form. The form does the
work of putting data into the table, you don't have to do it by hand.
