Hi,
I switch to using the Outlook 2003 and I want to read the "text" E-Mail in
Thai. In Outlook Express 6 there is a menu that you can select the encoding
for the incoming message. I couldn't find it. I tried to look up in the help
and it's only mention that "Outlook 2003 will changed the encoding of the
message automatically." I think Outlook changed my text E-Mail to Unicode or
something so I can't read it. This is a screenshot:

Is there a way that I can change the encoding? Do I need to get the Thai
version of Office? Because I'm using English version right now.
Please help me asap.
