Have a problem reading 'Thai' E-Mail in Outlook 2003

Sikachu!

Hi

I switch to using the Outlook 2003 and I want to read the "text" E-Mail in Thai. In Outlook Express 6 there is a menu that you can select the encoding for the incoming message. I couldn't find it. I tried to look up in the help and it's only mention that "Outlook 2003 will changed the encoding of the message automatically." I think Outlook changed my text E-Mail to Unicode or something so I can't read it. This is a screenshot

Is there a way that I can change the encoding? Do I need to get the Thai version of Office? Because I'm using English version right now.

Please help me asap

1> Do you have the option "Read mail using Microsoft Word" turned on?
2> What happens if you double-click to open the message?

1. No, sir. I doesn't check it on
2. It just open the new window with the junk character still

Sir, but I found the menu View-> Encoding in that new window and I can select the encoding right now. But does it has some option that I can select the Thai(Windows) as default encoding

This problem resolve one step but how can I set it as default. I know after I changed it it will say "do you want to save it or not" and I can say "Yes" and that encoding will be there. But that's mean I have to change it in All of the message

The encoding that has a problem with was US-ASCII. How can I change this US-ASCII to another, I mean, as deefault.
