Have Basic 2007, Want Standard - upgrade or full version?

I erroneously received Office Basic with my new Vista-running computer rather
than Standard. Can I just buy the Standard Upgrade or do I have to shell out
for the full version? I've searched around in circles on the Microsoft site
and can't find an answer.

Did you purchase Office with the computer or was it preinstalled on your
computer? If you did not actually purchase the software with your computer
then the Office on your computer is simply a trial version that comes on
most pre-built computers now. No computers will come with a full version
unless you specifically purchase the software in addition to the computer.
Which, if this is the case, you will need to buy the full version of
Standard.
