have designed my site in publisher it loads very bitty and too slowhow too improve it?

Hi there I have designed my website using microsoft pubsliher - it
works fine in the publisher program but on the website it loads up
slowly, bitty and discombobulated - how can I sort this out to make it
work better?

Please take a look and if you have any helpful ideas it would be most
appreciated.
