I have a situation where everyone in the office uses exchange server and pop3
accounts. I designated pop3 accounts to be default. However, when reply or
forward is clicked outlook (2003 and 2007) still wants to send via exchange
server and users have to manually change it each time. Is there a way to make
outlook clients to ALWAYS default to the pop3 account for sending?
