Have"key" & download-how do I START Office Small Bus.2007? HELP !

There are still some of us who are " M.A.A.T.C'ed " ( Middle-Aged And
Technologically Challenged).

Can some of you IT Wizards Please explain how (I Know this is a no-brainer
for you) to start this application? (See 'Subject' Above).

I (we'd) be greatful !!!
