Have lost 143 pg. document. How can I recover?

I think I replaced this document with another insignificant one. Would like
to get it recovered. As I went to copy document, it was gone???

Hi Hep,

This newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project.
I suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with Word
problems.
