Have mail being rcievd that is stuck in Send/Recieve need to delt

I have a E-mail in my send/recieve folder that is trying to be sent to me but
it will not load into outlook. I am trying to delete this e-mail but do not
know how to do it.

The file size is 10.3 M

If some one has has this problem and know how to delete it (Purge it) please
tell me. Every time I go to send and recive E-mail it is taking 10 minutes
or more. All other E-mails do come though but this one just stays in
cyberspace

Inbound message? Does your ISP provide a web based mail reader to access
your mailbox? Simply delete it from there.

If not, go into the Send/Receive settings and tell Outlook to only download
the headers, or only download the headers if the attachment is larger than
(whatever size you want) and just delete the header after turning off the
preview pane so that it won't just download it. If you need better steps,
let us know what version of Outlook.

I've had this happen to me and I go to hotmail.com and delete it from the
website.
