have Outlook'02 - Y does this update come up everytime? CDO outloo

IN RUNNING OFFICE UPDATE, I HAVE INSTALLED THE FOLLOWING UPDATE SEVERAL TIME
AND EVERYTIME I CHECK FOR NEW UPDATES IT TELL ME TO INSTALL IT AGAIN.
Outlook 2000 Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) Update: Security ; in running
I get an error telling me this machine does not have the Microsoft Outlook
Email SEcurity update installed; please install the Outlook email security
update before running the CDO 1.21 email security update. - well I did
install outlook email security....... does it matter if i have outlook 2002 ?
