Have report be one page irregardless of size

Hello. I have a report that i send off using a button on my form in the body
of the e-mail. The problem i am running into is that only the first page of
the report will be in the body of the e-mail sent out. Is there a way to
have a report be only one page, irregardless of how much data is reported in
it?

Sure, if you just want to throw away everything that won't fit on one page.
The way you have asked your question is like asking if there is any way you can
pour a gallon of water into a 2 liter bottle.

A better solution is to design your report so that it does not have more data
than can fit on one page. Make the page margins as small as possible. Look at
all the data you are now trying to print. Design the report yourself, i.e. Do
not use the report wizard. Remove everything that is not absolutely essential
to the report. (Don't print data just because it is there) Keep white spaces
between report sections to an absolute minimum. Use smaller fonts
