This has been driving me nuts. Outlook 2003, WinXP-SP2. Nothing I can find in
Outlook is pointing to any drive except main C: drive, yet if my external
drives have powered down (and they do rather often) when I try to open an
email or scroll the Inbox, I have to wait about 15 seconds until both of the
external drives have spun back up before Outlook displays or moves.
Is it an Outlook problem or an XP problem?
What can I do to stop this annoying action?
