Have tried all remedies--Can not open web links in Outlook 07/IE8/

Still get same error message other have mentioned when attempting to opem web
link from outlook message.

Problenm does not exist with Windows Live mail. Have deleted and
re-installed Office 07

To save peoples the trouble, what remedies have you tried and what is the
exact err msg?
Reinstalling outlook is not going to impact on what is primarily a Win
problem

When attempting to open any web link in Outlook 07, get message " this app
can not be completed. See Administrator(me)". Have gone in and reset all
defaults, IE8 & Outlook 07. Did following, no results:
1. Open the INTERNET EXPLORER | TOOLS | INTERNET OPTIONS | PROGRAM | RESET
WEB SETTINGS

Can cc and paste to browser and all is well.

Think it a Win issue or IE8
