Have Word 98...can I ugrade

I have a PowerPC G4 with both OS 9.2 and 10.2.6 installed.
I also have Word 98, which is a Classic Application. Can
I upgrade to WORD X, or do I need to buy that new? Is
there another version of word that will upgrade Word 98?
