Having "РоÑÑиÑ" in a Workbook name and recovering "??????"

Hi...

I have one workbook name (cofCustComp_country)
that currentvalue is set to <="РоÑÑиÑ">
but... when I place this command
=> MsgBox ActiveWorkbook.Names("cofCustComp_country").value
I get "??????" displayed

My Regional Options are set to French (France)...
How cold I get back into my code the correct name rather than those "??????"
without being oblige to change my Regional settings ? that is the question...

Unfortunately you'll need to roll your own userform with a textbox, to look
like a msgbox, to display those Unicode characters.
