Having 20 fixed points (X, Y cordinates) / finding closest

Hi gurus!

I have 20 named locations in a coordinates. Every point have x,y.

Now i have 400 coordinates in 2 columns and want to have the name of
the closest location in the next column.
I have tried with array formulas and Phytagoras - but I can't fix it.

Hope some of you out there have a solution.
