Having a form emailed directly to someone(without explicitly specifying)

Hi,
I am working with Outlook Express and I am stuck at a
point.
I have a particular form kind of thing that i have set as
a stationary. Now i want to do something like this:
1. I want to mail that email(whenever that particular
stationary is used) to one single person. i know the
email address.
is there any way that i can put in an automatic BCC in
the messages that go out using that stationary??? (and
BCC is a specification here, as my boss doesnt want
others to know that they r mailing it to him also)..

If anyone has ne idea about it, it would be highly
helpful.
