having a synchronize problem with moto tools and outlook 2007

i lost the ability to sysc my outlook 2007 with moto tools. the outlook
pluging in moto tools doesn't appear to be used in 2007. will allow outlook
express, but not outlook. need some help so i can get my calander and
contacts updated on my phone. thanks
