When I copy and paste from the Internet, the pictures never show up and the formatting isn't kept. How can I change the options to copy pics and keep the formatting the Web page used?

Save the web page (complete) to your disk, then use File>Open in Word to
open it.

Several browsers have problems passing content out to the clipboard.

A web page structure is not like a document. Often, the "formatting" is in
an external style sheet. Unless Word opens the web page itself, the
formatting is not loaded in memory and so cannot be copied.
