We are running Outlook 2002 SP3 with exchange server 2000. We are all of a
sudden having an issue with emails going out with nothing in the message body
when the user hits the 'Reply to All' button. All emails also seem to have
an attachment, or so it seems.
When they hit the 'Reply to All' button, Word pops-up as their email editor,
though the attachment does not show, if you double-click on the space
provided for the attachment, then it prompts you to open the attachment, even
though there is nothing there. When the message opens, everything appears to
be fine, the body is there and such, but when it is sent, all text in the
message body is removed somehow, even from the sent items.
Can someone help me?
