Having problem in displaying detail view

[Deepwater]

I am able to publish the project in the server , but when trying to access
the project through the PWA, it is showing only the duration for the project.
When I select the project and trying to view in detail task view, I am
getting following error

There is no information to display in this view

Either the project manager has not published the project plan or there is no
information in the project plan to display.

What I need to configure to get the detail task view in PWA.

Any help will be appreciated

Deepwater:

Have you actually published the plan to Project Server? If so, it would
appear that you're having an issue with the service. In this case, you need
to look at the application event log on the server and give us specific
errors and a description of your setup if you want further assistance.
