Having problem receive mails through Outlook

The following message keeps poping out when I check my emails in Outlook
2003:Task 'pop.comcast.net - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210E): 'Your
mailbox is temporarily unavalable because another e-mail message is being
delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server
responded: -ERR [IN-USE] account busy (locked by another POPs process)'

However, there is no problem when I use Outlook Express. Therefore, comcast
wants me to call microsoft to solve the problem. What should I do?

You have two POP accounts accessing the same POP mailbox, it appears. It is
the Comcast server telling Outlook that your mailbox is locked.

The first thing to try is to disable any antivirus or -spam scanner you mave
that integrates with Outlook.
