Having problem with putting a song to a presentations

Good Day,

We have a presentation that we are having problems with. We are running
PowerPoint 2003 SP2 we created a five presentations and out of the five two
are giving us issues. We ripped a song and when we place this song to the
presentation setting up timing and that type of stuff no song plays. It
plays in MP 10 so we know the song works. If we pick other songs to put
into that presentation it works just these two songs will not work.

If anybody has any ideas on what we can try it would be a great help

Depends how the songs were ripped and if they had DRM in them. If the
contain DRM they won't be usable in PPT.

Thanks for the input, just find it strange that we can do some songs from
the CD. All the songs are from the same CD.

Not uncommon with commercial CDs. Quite often the recording industry will
place DRM in the more popular tracks of a CD. Yeah, what a pain...
