having problem with time sheet approval process

Hi,
I have configured project server 2007 and defined time sheet manager against
each resource there. When a resource submits his/her timesheet, only
administrative part of the time sheet is sent to the time sheet manager to
approve. Is there a way to tell project server to include rest of the tasks
as well in approval process? I assume there is, as there's a seperate
section for approving administrative hours and general tasks against a time
sheet. How can i get this to work?

Secondly even though the administrative task become available for approval,
the time entered is not shown to the time sheet manager, i as one of the
time sheet managers, see 0 hours against the administrative tasks entered by
a resource. any suggestions!? what might be wrong here.

Any help would be appreciated.

By the way i'm still trying to struggle with changing calendar working time
against (already posted in the same group subject:"changing working time for
an enterprise calendar").

It seems something seriously wrong with my project server installation!
