I have migrated our office over to Exchange online. I have one user who uses
business contact manager. When they try to send an email that has a contact
attached from business contact manager, they get "Delivery has failed to
these recipients or distribution lists" and it shows their email address not
what they listed in the email. They can send regular contacts just fine. They
have Outlook 2007 on Vista home.
Is there a setting that I need to change? Can we just back up all the
business contact info and reimport it to rebuild the database? Any
suggestions would be great as to what I can do to get this resolved. Exchange
online is not supporting business contact manager so didn't get much info
that route.
Thanks
