Having problems with clip art in Excel

When I try to insert a picture from clip art in excel, the
web images are displayed as dglxasset.aspx. No picture is
seen, just the name dglxasset.aspx. If you try to insert
the picture it will not work. How can I fix this problem?
I need my clip art back!!!
