Having Problems With Microsoft Office Clipboard

I am currently attempting to transfer a list of contacts
from Corel Word Perfect to Outlook. When I cut and paste
the Info it goes to the clipboard and when this happens,
The item cannot be pasted, or if it does paste it is a
Corel word perfect icon. I have already tried turning off
the clipboard, but I didn't have a "Show Office Clipboard
When Ctrl+C Pressed Twice" check box to be checked or
unchecked. How do I turn it off or make it allow me to
paste text. thank you
