Having serious trouble with forms in Front Page.

Hello-

I have been working feverishly for over 4 long hours trying to figure
out why the site (the pages) of my customer's web site forms are not
working correctly?

The link I want to point out is:

http://www.safetymanual.com/order.html

After you click on submit at the bottom, you will see page using IE (6
or 7) that points to a page...

http://www.safetymanual.com/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/order.html

How can I alter or change that page? I want the orderl.html in that
location of the server to say something completely different than it
does. My customer would prefer and love it if he could have it point
directly to the shopping cart... but he'll be happy if it point to a
more personal page instead.

Please help me!

Thanks!

D.M.
