Having the same problems

Hi I am having the exact same problem. I cannot get an excel
attachment to open. I have the same enviornment. I still have not
tried logging in as some one else to see if it's a problem with the
profile.

Include a little detail, like Outlook version, account type, and exactly
what you're trying to do and how. Include as well the exact text of any
error messages you see.
