having trouble importing from access to excel

Hi,
I have been trying to import 2 access tables into excel. The first time I
tried it from my work location and had no problem. The second time I tried to
set this up at an alternate location, and when using the query wizard,
received the message "Data source contains no visible tables." What do I need
to change to make sure this does not happen?
