Having trouble openning Outlook as Administrator but can as Guest

I am having trouble openning Outlook when logged in as Administrator but am
able to when I log in as Guest. I get a message saying "Unable to open your
default e-mail folders. The .DLL file for the information service could not
be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure
the service is correctly installed and configured correctly."
