Having trouble receiving replies on one computer of 5

E

Ed Leonard

In our home office we have recently installed a new server with XP Pro, and
MS Office 2003. The Outlook Exchange 2003 replaced our original Outlook set
up. There are 5 PC's on the server. One PC is suddenly unable to receive
replies to messages sent.
the typical intercept reads as:
Your message could not be delivered to:
Emerald.com
Emerald.com is the domain name set up for the server account, and there are
a number of individual addresses set up under that. All of the users on the
server receive their messages OK, except one.
Occasionally messages and replies destined to that user are received on one
of the other stations.
It is frustrating because the station affected is a separate business from
the others on the server. This user has several smpt names:
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
Before installation of this server and software, all messages and replies
were sent and received without incident at the (e-mail address removed) address.
It seems a mystery that others on the server can receive replies to e-mails,
but not this one station.
We would appreciate any help we can get in this matter.
