Having trouble sharing Mac PPt with PC

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

When I send my PPt file to my colleague using PC PPT 2007, she cannot edit the file/charts, the fonts are skewed and she cannot reformat the theme, because themes are different. Anyone got any fixes for this as it is causing me complete meltdown! Thanks.

I share my PPT files with beknighted clients who still use PCs, and I have not had any difficulties. Look for something simple and obvious. For example, do both machines have the same fonts? I only use fonts that I know are available on PCs, and you should be aware that fonts with similar names may not actually be the same, e.g., "Palatino" on the Mac is not the same as "Palatino Linotype" on the PC.
