Having Trouble with a custom form in a public folder

We are running Outlook 2002. I have a custom form based
on the standard calendar appointment and am using it for a
company wide training calendar. I was updating the
calendar and all of a sudden I started to get an error
message that read:
"The form required to view this message cannot be
displayed. Contact your administrator"

I can't even view the appointments I just created 10 min
ago. Any ideas what might have shut this down?

OK. Solved it myself. Apparently the form had been
corrupted somehow. I cleared my forms cashe and it opens
again. Wonder how it got corrupted?
