Having Trouble with Trial Version of Office 2007 Standard

I actually didn't realize that there was an issue, until I emailed my resume
to a recruiter. He was unable to open the attachment. And I have noticed that
when trying to upload my documents on some websites...I can't. It says that
the document must be a word doc.????

Office Button | Save As and choose "Word 97-2003" format.

You could also advise the recipient(s) that they can download a free Office
2007 Compatibility utility for Office 2000-2003 for free which will let them
open and edit Word 2007 formats. It has the side benefit of availing all the
new 'C' fonts in their editions of Office too.
