Having trouble

I have installed BCM and get the wizard. Asked to create database - when I
do I get error message - could not fin stored procedure 'ir_GetSBAInfo'

I am really ticked off with this program - doesn't seem to want to run
properly on my computer - am running windows xp and office 2003
